Mountainview PT participates with most major insurance plans including Medicare and various worker’s compensation plans . Please call the office to verify participation with your plan. We are conveniently located in Hastings Commons on Schooley’s Mountain Road with plenty of parking and first floor access. Treatments are by appointment, Monday through Friday.

Hi, I’m Charmi Patel, a physical therapist passionate about helping people feel their best through compassionate, personalized care. I earned my master’s degree at the Massachusetts General Hospital Institute of Health Professions and completed my Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Touro College in Long Island, NY.
Whether you’re recovering from an injury or working toward better mobility and strength, I’m here to support you every step of the way. I believe in building strong, trusting relationships with my patients and making sure they feel heard, cared for, and satisfied with their progress.
When I’m not in the clinic, you’ll probably find me planning my next travel adventure or getting creative with crafts and home décor.
